Yes, we offer a trial period lasting 7 days for the monthly subscription. You can cancel anytime within the trial period with no charges incurred. If you choose to continue using the product beyond the 7-day trial, you will be charged according to the subscription chosen.

SpamBull automatically detects when someone sends outbound unsolicited bulk email. We will automatically block the user and reach out to the administrator for further steps.

After you complete your purchase, you will receive a mail shortly with a username and password to access SpamBull. The mail also states what steps you must follow to set up SpamBull properly. For more information on how to get started with SpamBull, see our documentation page.
If you have a monthly subscription and want to change to a yearly subscription or vice versa, please contact us to arrange it for you.

To continue receiving support and updates, your license needs to be renewed. For your convenience, all purchases will auto-renew. Depending on your subscription, this is done monthly or yearly. For yearly subscriptions, we will send a reminder one month in advance.
