How to reset a forgotten password

Forgot your password? That happens. You can reset your password if you forget it.

1. Go to the SpamBull admin center.
2. Click on the Retrieve log-in link button.

3. Enter your username/domain/email.
4. Click on Submit.

An email is sent to the email address associated with your username/domain/email.

5. Open up the email you received, click on the Set password link to open your User profile page in SpamBull.
6. On the User profile page, enter your new password in the New password field.
7. To confirm your password, also enter your new password in the Confirm new password field.
8. Click Save to save your new password.

You successfully reset your password 

If you successfully reset your password, now is a good time to set a reminder to verify your security contact info or make changes to it. See How to set up a 2FA or MFA for more info.
