How to set up Two Factor Authentication (2FA) or Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Add another layer of protection to your account to keep hackers out. Two Factor Authentication (2FA) or Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) ensures that your personal information is kept private, secure, and protected when you sign in.
- To set up 2FA or MFA, you need to be logged in to the SpamBull admin center.
- In the left menu, expand the tab My Settings.
- Click on User’s Profile.
- Scroll down to Two Step Authentication click on Enable.
A pop-up with a QR-code appears.
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator of choice. We recommend using Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
- Enter the code from your authenticator app.
- Click Finalize.
The text “Two Step Authentication is ENABLED.” should appear when installed correctly.
How to disable 2FA or MFA
To disable 2FA or MFA, simply follow step 1-3 and click the red Disable button as shown below.
