How to Allowlist Outgoing Sender

We cannot allowlist an outgoing sender on SpamBull as this presents too many risks and would leave our service open to spammers and scammers. This can also have a negative impact on all our clients and their customers as well as our delivery IP reputation which will then have a negative impact on mail flow.

If you believe a sender is not sending spam and this has been wrongly classified, then you can contact us to have the message(s) reviewed and considered for a release or release and train.

If you would like us to look at any messages specifically then send us some examples of messages by providing the domain, message ID, sender, recipient, etc. so that we can investigate your query further.
