How to add an Admin User (administrator)

When getting the login credentials to access SpamBull, it’s only assigned to one person. If you’re working with SpamBull as a team, it’s convenient to give each member of the team their own login credentials.

To add an admin to your team, please contact us with the following information:

  • the username to assign to the member.
  • the email address to send the login credentials to.
  • the admin username to add the new admin to.

The new admin will receive their login credentials (username and password) on their email address.

Note: When creating the login credentials, a default password is used. Make sure to change the password and enable 2FA/MFA to secure the account.
